Refund & Return Policy
At Salvage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our simple return and refund process.
1. Returns & Exchange Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of use will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Innerwear and swimwear.
Items purchased during a Flash Sale or marked as Final Sale.
Gift cards.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@salvagexstudio.com with photos of the defect. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly by Salvage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
